LIABILITY LIMITATION
Baby hair bows, toddler bows, flower clips, and other accessories may contain small parts. Please do not leave child unattended with clips (naps, carseat etc.), as they could pose a choking hazard. You assume full responsibility for supervision while wearing our clips. 

IMAGE DISPLAYS
We take great efforts to provide accurate pictures. Due to the variance in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will correctly display exact colors. 

RETURN POLICY
Each item sold is meticulously handmade, and we do our best to accurately describe various styles and clip types. Due to the customization of each item, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns at this time. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us here with a picture and description of the problem. We will do our best to promptly respond. Please familiarize yourself with our return policy prior to purchase. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us here prior to ordering and we will promptly respond. Once an order has been processed, changes to your order cannot be made.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow three to five business days for your item to be made to your specifications. Please review our Shipping Details page. We offer standard shipping and express post. Both options include tracking to ensure your package is received. Shipping costs include bubble wrap and boxes if needed.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
