Due to the customization of each item, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns at this time. If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us here with a picture and description of the problem. We will do our best to promptly respond. Please familiarize yourself with our return policy prior to purchase. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us here prior to ordering and we will promptly respond. Once an order has been processed, changes to your order cannot be made.
